LivHealth Medical Care Service Rates
We offer both a monthly rate and a fee for service rate.
Outpatient Clinic Visits
- Initial Patient Encounter:
$900.00 - Follow-up Visit

Outpatient Clinic Visits will take place at LivHealth Head Office- 63A Petra Street.
Home Visit
(Fee for Service)
- Initial Patient Encounter:
$1500.00 - Follow-up Visit
$1000.00 - Telehealth Encounter

Subject to change based on medical complexity, out of hours calls and emergency visits.
Crisis Care
Rates
- Daily individualized comprehensive medical support in response to patient’s needs.
- All-inclusive approach to include all medical professionals, emergency medication, equipment and procedures.
Costs: Average $2000.00 per day
Subject to change based on the complexity of the case, number of Doctor, Physician Assistant, or Palliative Nurse visits per day. Not inclusive of nursing/caregiver coverage.
